Dolly has worked for the Agency since 2015. Dolly has held her General Lines P&C and Group 1 Life & Health Licenses since 2002 & 2003, respectively. When Dolly joined our team, she had a vast amount of knowledge in policies, coverages and procedures. Dolly has taken a lead role in Policy Reviews by taking a wholistic approach analyzing customers' needs and giving guidance based specifically on customers needs. When Dolly is not at the Agency helping customers, she is at home spending time with her family and she loves working out the boxing gym.

Nancy Rodriguez

Ruby Villanueva began her journey in the insurance industry in 2000, becoming a founding team member of Myriam Guerra’s Agency at the McAllen location. As the Sales Manager, Ruby focuses on Auto insurance and brings over two decades of experience, insight, and heart to every customer interaction. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she takes pride in helping customers not only save money but also obtaining great coverage, helping see they feel confident and protected. Ruby is known for her warmth and personal touch, making insurance feel less like a chore and more like a conversation with a reliable friend. Outside of work, she’s a vibrant spirit who loves to dance through life and cook up joy, especially when preparing her beloved mole that always wins over her kids. Whether she’s serving a customer or a homemade dish, Ruby does it all with passion and heart.

Selene Castillo

Selene M. Castillo began her insurance career in 2024 when she joined the Agency at the McAllen location. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Selene sells Auto insurance and Home insurance, focusing on providing a personal and dependable experience for every customer. Her favorite part of the job is building relationships with customers, helping them feel confident and supported when it comes to their coverage and any issues that may arise. Selene is known not only for her dedication and care but also for her uplifting spirit. She loves to encourage others to persevere through challenges, always ready with a creative, often corny, joke to brighten someone's day. Her positivity, combined with a strong work ethic and customer-first mindset, makes her a valued team member and a reliable agent for customers.

Tiana Guerra

Tiana Guerra joined the insurance industry in 2024 and became part of our team the same year. With a natural talent for communication and a genuine passion for helping others, Tiana has quickly become a trusted and approachable presence for customers. She specializes in home and auto insurance, enjoying the opportunity to help individuals and families protect what matters most. Tiana’s favorite part of her role is talking to people—whether she’s assisting with a policy question or guiding someone through the claims process, she finds fulfillment in creating positive, reassuring experiences for every customer. Tiana is fluent in English and brings warmth, patience, and attention to detail to every interaction. She’s also enthusiastic about continually growing her knowledge in the insurance field to better serve her community. Outside of work, Tiana enjoys teaching piano and volunteering at animal shelters, where she combines her love of animals with her passion for giving back. Her caring nature and vibrant personality shine through in everything she does—both in and out of the office.

Rosie F. Singleterry began her journey in the insurance industry in 2015 and proudly joined our team in 2024. As a licensed agent, she specializes in selling life and home insurance—two areas where she finds deep satisfaction helping individuals and families find peace of mind. Rosie’s favorite part of her role is connecting with customers, learning about their unique stories, and understanding the needs of their loved ones. She is passionate about building relationships and delivering personalized coverage solutions. Outside of work, Rosie enjoys birding, spending time in nature, and has a special love for dogs.
