DHR Health in Edinburg, Texas was originally opened as an outpatient facility in 1997 by a group of local doctors interested in providing personalized high quality healthcare to its patients. DHR has grown into a 500+ bed general acute care hospital, with a medical staff of over 700 physicians covering 75 specialties. Serving the lower Rio Grande Valley, DHR Health sees patients from across Hidalgo County, including McAllen, Mission, and Pharr.
