Our team of H E B Dietitians view the supermarket as a classroom that we can share with our fellow Texans to provide impactful nutrition support. We share our knowledge about food and nutrition in ways that are easy to implement in your day to day life through personalized food and product recommendations. Our services include 60-minute comprehensive visits, 30-minute wellness visits, meal planning, body composition testing, and personalized grocery shopping support. H E B Nutrition Services is in network with many insurance plans, including commercial plans, Medicaid, and Medicare. HSA and FSA are accepted, and we offer affordable cash pay options.
